Campus Federal Smart Care® is a financing program to provide an alternative way to pay for healthcare expenses. With Smart Care®, patients can start treatment and care immediately and pay over time with low minimum monthly payments.

Smart Care Participating Providers

*Subject to credit approval. Payment program can be used at any provider who participates in the Smart Care Network.

• Pay for treatments over 6, 12, or 18 months free of interest with a minimum purchase amount of $500 within the promotional period.*
• You may choose to pay over a long period of time at a low annual percentage rate (For Example: $1,000 or more for 18 and 24 months, $1,500 or more for 36 months, and $2,000 or more for 48 months)
• Patients can use Smart Care to pay for those other healthcare expenses for the whole family without having to re-apply. *
• Use your Smart Care card for easy payments at your Smart Care provider
• Payments are easy, setup automatic payments through Campus Federal or make payments to your Smart Care account online.
