Campus Federal Credit Union is seeking a receptionist to join our team! The primary purpose of this position is to assist Campus Federal in our Mission, to enhance the lives of our members and the communities we serve. This is accomplished by providing excellent service to members and to team members. A key component of this service is to identify member needs and provide appropriate credit union product solutions that will enhance the lives of our members.

The receptionist will convey an atmosphere of professionalism and exceptional member service by promptly greeting and directing members and guests/visitors to the appropriate department.

  • Promptly greets members, guests, and visitors
  • Signs vendors and guests into the visitor registry and assigns a visitor’s badge. Notifies the proper employee/department of the guest’s arrival and ensures the guest is escorted into secured areas of the building.
  • Secures packages and envelopes that are dropped off and routes them to the proper personnel.
  • Assist members with using Campus Connect machines (where applicable)
  • Answer telephone, route calls and/or take messages for appropriate personnel
  • Direct members to appropriate employee, logs members into the member service log and monitors members’ wait and transaction times
  • Maintains safe deposit access records and mitigates risk during the safe deposit access process. (where applicable)
  • Assist on special projects as needed
  • Maintain reception/public area, ensuring that the reception area is ready at opening time to include printing rate sheets, opening lobby vaults, making coffee, unlocking doors, etc.
  • High School Diploma/GED
