As your trusted financial institution, we are an originator within the ACH Network. This means we have certain responsibilities to ensure the accuracy, security and efficiency of your ACH transactions. Here are some key points regarding our responsibilities:

  • Transaction Authorization: We will only process ACH transactions that you have authorized.
  • Error Resolution: We will work diligently to resolve any errors that may occur with your ACH transactions.

Your Role in Maintaining Security
It's important for you to play an active role in maintaining the security of your ACH transactions. Here are some tips:
