Campus Federal recently participated in the Race to Wellness Health Fair presented by the Office for Institutional Wellness at LSU Health Shreveport. The Office for Institutional Wellness supports wellness in all areas of life: Physical, Emotional, Social, Financial and Workplace.
Financial Wellness plays an important role in an individual’s welfare and mental health. Information was shared on improving financial wellness through practicing better money habits, setting goals and taking steps to achieve them—all with the aim of improving our member’s overall quality of life.
In addition to offering and participating in Financial Education presentations and programs with the LSU Health Shreveport faculty, staff, students and local community, Campus Federal provided information on its free Campus Federal Financial Wellness Program: https://www.campusfederal.org/learn/financial-education/.
